The Gazetteers

In total the Gazetteers hold information on over 60,0000 individual archaeological investigations comprising desk-based assessments, field evaluations, post-planning determination projects, research projects, estate management surveys, building surveys and environmenal assessments.

To date, 10 volumes of the AIP Gazetteer of Archaeological Investigations in England have been published as hard copies and a further six as online publications.
