Countdown to EAA 99 and contact addresses



 
 

Timetable

The closing date for pre-registration is 31st March 1999.

Those who wish to present a paper must provide an abstract of no more than 300 words, clearly explaining the theme and content of the proposed paper. The abstract should also be sent on a disk (preferably in ASCII-text or Word for Windows) or by email. The abstract will be passed on by the Meeting Secretariat to the Session Organizers, who will notify the speaker about the acceptance of the paper.

By 1st May 1999, those who have pre-registered will receive further information including the Provisional Programme (subject to local postal arrangements in some countries).

The final registration fee must be paid by 30th July 1999. No refunds will be possible after this date.

The Final Programme including additional information about the Meeting will be available in August 1999.
