EAA 99 Accommodation


Three main kinds of accommodation are available:
 
Student hostel accommodation: £14 per night (maximum 140 rooms available) - Price includes single room only with shared facilities; no breakfast or other food is included. There are numerous cafes and food shops in the general vicinity of the hostel. Clean linen and tea/coffee making facilities will be provided, but please note that rooms in the hostel will not be tidied or cleaned during your stay.

Halls of residence:  £24 per night (maximum 290 rooms available) - Price includes single room with en suite facilities and either full English or continental style breakfast served in the nearby University refectory. Please note that rooms will be cleaned daily, however, linen will not be changed during your stay.

Hotel accommodation: £20-£90 per night per person is available as single, twin and double rooms in a range of 2* and 3* hotels. All the above is situated in the centre of Bournemouth within and around the University's town-centre campus where many of the social events will be held. It is approximately half-hour walking distance between the town-centre campus and the Talbot Campus where the meetings will be held. Transport will be available at key times for transfer between the town centre and the Talbot Campus; there are also regular local buses and taxis available during the day.

On the registration form, please indicate which type of accommodation you require during your stay. All fees for registration, accommodation and other events must be paid by the 30th July 1999.
